At The Plumbing Part Doctor, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below:

 

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

 

Non-Returnable Items
Customized, special order, or discontinued parts are non-returnable unless defective.

Installed parts cannot be returned.

 

Return Process
Email [support@theplumbingpartdoctor.com] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

 

Securely package your item(s) and include your RA number inside the box.

Ship the return to the address provided in your return approval email.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong part, contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
